Andrew Ndekwe has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Andrew started their career at Wells Fargo in 2008 as a Teller, where they handled daily cash transactions and built strong customer relationships. Andrew then became a Personal Banker, offering financial solutions to customers and developing customer relations. In 2012, they were promoted to Service Manager, managing and developing direct reports, coaching them in product knowledge to increase sales conversations. Andrew was later promoted to Store Manager (SAFE), where they were responsible for overseeing a team of bankers and driving sales and service numbers. Andrew consistently followed up with customers to ensure excellent service. In 2022, Andrew joined First Independence Bank as a Branch Manager.
Andrew Ndekwe earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The College of St. Scholastica. Andrew studied at the college from 2007 to 2010.

Regarding our Bank On approved seal for 2023-2024: The Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund (“CFE”) owns common law certification mark rights in the “Bank On” seal (the “Certification Mark”). As the provider of a banking account that has been certified as meeting CFE's Bank On National Account Standards (the "Standards"), you (“Licensee”) and your agents are hereby licensed to use the Certification Mark, a digital copy of which is provided herewith. By use of the Certification Mark, Licensee agrees to the following terms: Licensee acknowledges that CFE owns the entire right, title and interest to the Certification Mark. CFE hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable license to use the Certification Mark in association with the provision of the First Choice Checking account (the "Account") to the public. The term of this license shall commence on the date the Account was certified as meeting the Standards and shall terminate on the last day of the latest calendar year displayed on the Certification Mark. Licensee is not entitled to use the Certification Mark other than under the terms of this license. Licensee acknowledges that license rights to use this Certification Mark are contingent upon the Account’s continued compliance with the terms upon which certification was determined and granted.
