Robert Walter is the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and Asset Management at First Industrial Realty Trust. Robert has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Robert began their career in 1992 as a Regional Vice President at GE. Robert then spent three years as Director at Nomura before joining LaSalle Bank National Association as Managing Director of Real Estate Capital Markets.

In their current role at First Industrial, Robert is responsible for the management and development of all capital markets activities, as well as the company’s asset management program. Under their leadership, First Industrial has become one of the largest publicly-traded real estate investment trusts in the United States.
