Kathy Olguin

Kathy is a Director of Consulting Services at FITS. She is a hands-on leader driven to leverage technical, analytical, and creative skills to improve processes and construct strategic and efficient business solutions. She has demonstrated abilities designing, implementing, and managing complex security structures and controls to mitigate risk and improve audit results. Kathy is an articulate, collaborative, and interpersonal communicator with a career history of effective interactions across all organization levels, teams, departments, vendors, and customer groups.

Kathy first joined FITS in 2016, after more than 20 years of diverse professional experience in risk management, IT security, and compliance. During her time at FITS, Kathy has led audits and risk and remediation efforts. Kathy is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and holds a bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management.
