Gemma Houser

Gemma Houser is a Senior Vice President at FIRST Insurance Funding, where Gemma works as a Relationship Manager, assisting agents and brokers with premium finance solutions. Prior to this, Gemma held various roles in business development and account management at companies such as Steadfast Construction Services, Mark Scott Construction, Inc., Paul Davis USA, Stewart Title, and Alliance Title. Gemma was also the President of the East Bay Claims Association from January 2016 to December 2017.
