Currently, Joanne serves as the AVP, Benefits Account Executive at First Insurance Group and also holds the position of Benefits Account Manager at Risk Strategies Company, both roles starting in July 1994. Prior to these positions, Joanne worked at State Home Savings Bank, now Key Bank, from June 1978 to June 1994, advancing from a teller to the role of Loan Services Representative, where responsibilities included managing all loan payoffs for 13 branches.
