Oded Givati has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Oded began their career in the Prime Minister's Office in 2000, where they held various command, field, and headquarters positions. During this time, they were responsible for training and supervising employees, as well as overseeing security operations. In 2013, Oded joined Hapoalim Bank where they served as the Head of Private Banking Department and later as a Credit Manager in the Corporate Division. Oded'sresponsibilities included managing credit applications, presenting to senior management committees, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In 2023, Oded joined UBank Ltd as an Investment Advisor at the Platinum Private Banking Center.

Oded Givati holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Psychology with Honors from The Open University of Israel. Oded has also obtained additional certifications including a Certified Senior Credit Manager certification from HaBank HaBrit LeYisrael - FIBI, an Investment Advisor License from the Israel Securities Authority, and a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) certification from Paz Oshran.
