Yael Molakandov has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Yael began their career at UBank in 1986, where they served as the Mutual Fund and Pensions Operating Officer until 1996. Following this, Yael worked at Menora Mivtachim Group as the Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to 2000. Yael then joined HABANK FIBI, where they held various roles including Director of Capital Market Operations from 2007 to 2013, and Director of Capital Markets from 2014 onwards. Yael also served as the Mutual Fund and Pension Fund Manager at HABANK FIBI from 2002 to 2007.
Yael Molakandov started their education in 1985 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at Tel Aviv University in 1989. Following that, they pursued further studies, specializing in Actuarial Science, and obtained a Diploma of Education from the University of Haifa in 1991.
