Charles Fippen

Charles Fippen has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Charles began their career at Bank One in 1993 as a Retail Manager, where they worked for nearly 10 years. In 2003, Charles joined M & I Bank as a Business Banker, responsible for the growth and development of businesses with sales up to 20 million dollars. Charles continued to work at M & I Bank until 2012, when the bank was acquired by First Internet Bank. At First Internet Bank, Charles served as a Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager, providing solutions for companies in the middle market across various industries. Charles worked closely with decision makers to drive results in one of Indiana's largest locally owned and operated banks.

Charles Fippen completed their undergraduate degree in History and Political Science from Purdue University, from the year 1987 to 1993. Afterward, they pursued an MBA with a Finance Concentration from Butler University, starting in 1998 and finishing in 2003. Additionally, in the year 2016, they completed the Leadership Hendricks County program, earning their Class of 2016 distinction.
