Brian Solko

Brian Solko, CSM, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian started their career as a College Summer Internship at Smith Barney Investments (Morgan Stanley) in 1998. From there, they worked as a Financial Advisor/Broker, RIA at New England Financial, A MetLife Company. In 2000, they joined State Street as an Investment Accountant III, and then transitioned to System Support Analyst roles, where they also served as a Project Lead. In 2005, Brian joined GE Capital as an IT Business Analyst and later became an IT Project Manager, leading the IT Business Intelligence/Data warehouse & Reporting team. In 2011, they moved to American Express, where they worked as an IT Program Manager and later as an IT Portfolio Manager on Global Enterprise Pricing projects. Currently, Brian is serving as the Vice President and Director of IT Business Management at First Interstate Bank.

Brian Solko, CSM has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Kansas State University. In 2014, they obtained the Certified Agile Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, specializing in IT Project Management. In 2006, Brian achieved a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification. Brian is currently pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, with an expected completion date in April 2024.
