Stephen M. Lacy

Stephen M. Lacy is the retired Chair of Meredith Corporation, a public media and marketing company serving American women. He joined Meredith Corporation in 1998 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until 2006 and Chief Executive Officer from 2006 until 2019. He was appointed Chair of Meredith Corporation in 2010 and served until his retirement in November 2020. Mr. Lacy also served on the board of directors of Great Western Bank. He currently serves on the board of directors of Hormel Foods Corporation, a public corporation, where he is Chair of the compensation committee and also serves on its audit committee. Mr. Lacy also serves on the board of the Kansas State University Alumni Association, The Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines, and United Way of Central Iowa.

Mr. Lacy's qualifications to serve on the Board include his significant public company management experience and public company board experience. As the leader of Meredith Corporation and his other board memberships, Mr. Lacy also brings several years of public company corporate governance experience to the Board. Mr. Lacy serves on the Compensation & Human Capital and Governance & Nominating Committees.
