John Serafin has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on commercial lending and relationship management. John is currently working as the Vice President of Commercial Lending at First Keystone Community Bank since 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at ESSA Bank & Trust, Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank, People's Neighborhood Bank, First National Community Bank, Citizens Bank, First Union, Sun Bancorp, PNC Bank, and Mellon Bank. John Serafin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Wilkes University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Subsequently, they pursued their MBA in Management from the same institution, completing it from 1991 to 1998.
