Danielle Burch

As First Legal’s Director of Human Resources, Danielle handles all aspects of employee relations, benefits, and maintenance. Over the past six years, she has enjoyed getting to know everyone throughout the company, ensuring they are well-supported and thriving. She earned a BA in Broadcast Journalism from California State University, Long Beach and now lives in the South Bay Area of Los Angeles with her husband and 2 beautiful daughters. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, as well as a proud member of the BeyHive!
