Cathy Westmoreland

Cathy Westmoreland is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in operations and leadership. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at First Liberty Bank since May 2015, Cathy previously held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Prior to this, Cathy was Senior Vice President at Stillwater National Bank from November 1991 to July 2014. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Oklahoma State University, earned between 1985 and 1990.
