Keegan Grooms

Keegan Grooms, CPA, has extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at First Liberty Bank since October 2015, where progression included roles as Senior Vice President and Assistant CFO, as well as Vice President and Assistant CFO. Prior to this, Keegan worked at Devon Energy as a Treasury Professional in the Credit department from September 2014 to October 2015, and held several roles at First Liberty Bank between May 2012 and September 2014, including Bank Finance Officer and Credit Analyst/Financial Analyst. Keegan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University, an MBA in Finance from Oklahoma Christian University, and completed additional upper-level accounting coursework at the University of Central Oklahoma as well as attending the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
