Chloe Lewis is a passionate HR senior leader with over 20 years of experience in various sectors and FTSE 100 organizations. Chloe has held several key positions, including Director of Client Management at Alight Solutions and UKI Director of Client Management at Strada, where they engage with clients to drive business transformations and technology innovation. Previously, Chloe served as Head of Human Resources at Halifax and as a Senior HR Director at Sainsbury's, developing people strategies to support large teams and organizational goals. Chloe holds a Master's in Strategic Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Plymouth. Currently, Chloe is a member of the Board of Trustees at First Light.
