Charlie Kretschmer

Charlie Kretschmer is director of business development for First Light. In this role, he helps manage and support the firm’s marketing and client service efforts.

Before joining First Light, Kretschmer quickly moved up the ranks at Ameriprise Financial, where he was most recently a client relationship manager responsible for growing advisory assets under management as well as insurance business. In this position, Kretschmer consistently exceeded his quarterly and annual targets. He also served as a client support associate and client services coordinator for Ameriprise. Kretschmer earned a bachelor of arts degree in global business leadership from St. John’s University, and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor (APMA®) designations.
