Mike Medaglia

Mike Medaglia has over 25 years of experience in the high technology sector where he has consulted on manufacturing automation, managed software development, managed multi-million dollar programs, and excelled in direct sales and channels building for global corporations. Starting out as a Senior Consultant with Digital Equipment Corporation for manufacturing automation Mike consulted on MRP implementations and helped design and then deliver custom manufacturing automation applications for Digital’s Fortune 100 clients. Mike has been fortunate in working for five successful start-up companies in their Services, Alliance, Channel, and Sales strategies including Exodus Communications in the build up to its highly successful IPO.

Prior to First Line Software, Mike’s most recent work was with Exigen Services for nearly five years as Managing Director of the Americas where he led Sales, Revenue, and Customer Services in building the Americas territory to more than $8M in annual revenue. Mike is a member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) where he is a Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP). He is also a certified Agile Scrum Product Owner. His education includes Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from the University of Massachusetts.
