Aaron Wright

Aaron Wright, P.Eng, currently serves as the Manager of Processing, Metallurgy & Innovation at First Majestic Silver Corp., where responsibilities include managing a mix of office and on-site workloads to enhance metallurgical processes across mining operations in Mexico and the USA. Previous roles include Project Lead and Senior Project Metallurgist, where significant contributions were made to brownfield upgrade projects with CAPEX budgets up to 100M USD and substantial improvements in productivity and efficiency through the design and commissioning of a High Intensity Grinding Mill. Prior experience includes positions as Plant Metallurgist and Assay Lab Supervisor at Coeur Mining, Inc., and Junior Metallurgist roles at Goldcorp Inc., complemented by a solid educational foundation in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering from the University of British Columbia and further qualifications in Project Management.
