Jean Carlo Rivera-Colón, Esq. has work experience as an Associate Attorney at First Medical Health Plan, Inc. starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they were self-employed as a Notary Public starting in March 2021. Jean Carlo also worked as an Associate Attorney at HALS, PSC / Rodríguez-Cardé Law Offices, PSC from February 2020 to May 2023.

Jean Carlo Rivera-Colón, Esq. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law and Society from the Universidad de Puerto Rico in 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they attended the Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico, where they earned a Juris Doctor degree in Law. Additionally, in 2017, they obtained a Certificate in Human Rights in the European Union from the University of Bologna. In 2018, they obtained a Certificate in Compared Human Rights: Chile and Puerto Rico from the Universidad Alberto Hurtado. Jean Carlo also obtained a Certificate of the 3rd Academic Program in the International School of Law from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres in 2019.

Jean Carlo Rivera-Colón, Esq. has additional certifications as an Attorney and Counselor from the United States District Court, District of Puerto Rico, which they obtained in August 2021. Jean Carlo is also a Notary Public certified by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Supreme Court, which they obtained in March 2021. In addition, they became an Attorney and Counselor certified by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Supreme Court in February 2020.
