Alise Phillips

Alise Phillips, J.D., CRCM is currently the Chief Compliance Officer at First Merchants Corporation. Prior to this role, Alise held various compliance and banking advisory positions at Northwest Bank and MutualBank. Alise also has experience in communications as a Communication Specialist at Bluegreen Vacations. Alise holds a Doctor of Law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and African-American Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
