Michelle Brown has a strong background in customer service and management roles. From July 2019 to present, Michelle worked as a Manager at American Health Network in the Specialty Call Center. Prior to that, Michelle was a Scheduler at Saint John's Health System. Currently, Michelle holds the position of Customer Care Manager at First Merchants Corporation. In addition, Michelle served as the Medical Oncology Front Office Supervisor at Community Hospital Anderson from July 2021 to August 2023.
