Rob Young

Rob Young is an experienced banking professional with a career spanning over 17 years in various roles focused on sales and team management. Currently serving as a Sales Development Specialist AVP and Banking Center Manager AVP at First Merchants Corporation since January 2014, Rob is responsible for managing multiple branches, engaging with the community, leading coaching sessions, and overseeing personal and business accounts. Prior to this, Rob held positions as a Branch Manager/Registered Investment Representative and Senior Personal Banker/Registered Investment Representative at Huntington National Bank, where responsibilities included managing loan pipelines, conducting weekly team meetings, and providing exceptional customer service. Rob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Indiana University Indianapolis and has attained Real Estate Broker-Referral Status since 2014.
