Dorothy J. Karr

Dorothy J. Karr has a diverse background in the financial and real estate industries. Dorothy J. started as a Vice President at Draper and Kramer, where they served for over a decade. Dorothy then moved on to work at various companies, including Sanwa Business Credit Corp., Transamerica, and Builders Bank, where they held senior leadership roles. Most recently, Dorothy worked at First Midwest Bank as the Senior Vice President and Director of Valuation Services, where they established and managed an internal Valuation Services Division. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong strategic planning, underwriting, asset management, and leadership skills.

Dorothy J. Karr holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Elmhurst University. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a CCIM, Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Managing Real Estate Broker, and Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI).
