April Carli

April Carli is an experienced professional with a diverse background in property management and coaching. Currently serving as the Manager of Commercial Property Standards at First Midwest Group since June 2022, April provides strategic support for a portfolio of commercial, retail, and medical buildings. Previous roles include coaching poms, dance, and color guard for Belvidere Community Unit School District 100 from November 2015 to October 2023, as well as various positions in real estate and property management at Sears and CBL Properties. April began their career as an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at Urban Retail Properties, and holds an Associate of Arts degree from William Rainey Harper College. Additionally, April is First-Aid & CPR certified.
