Steve Freeman

Steve Freeman is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Senior Accountant at First Rockford Group since November 2014. Prior to this, Steve held positions as a Staff Accountant at Other World Computing for a brief period and as Controller at Northern Illinois Service Company for 12 years, where responsibilities included compiling financial statements and processing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general journal entries. Steve's career also includes Controller roles at Riverview FS and Sauk Valley FS Feeds, and an Assistant Controller position at LaSalle County Farm Supply. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from Illinois State University and an Associate of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from Illinois Valley Community College.
