Colin Bateson

Colin Bateson, PhD has a wealth of experience in various engineering roles, with a background in mechanical engineering. With experience at companies such as Planetary Resources, Inc., Janicki Industries, and GE Aviation, Colin has worked in roles ranging from Graduate Research Assistant to Staff Mechanical Engineer. Currently, Colin holds the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer and Group Manager at First Mode, bringing a strong background in mechanical and thermal engineering. In addition, Colin has also contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Group Leader during their time at the University of Virginia.
