The current leadership team at First Mode has a wide range of experience in many different industries. Many of them come from a background in engineering and have worked for companies such as Amazon Web Services, Woodside Energy, Ajilon Australia, BHP Billiton, and Andrews-Cooper. They also have experience in talent acquisition and management from their time at NuWest Group Holdings, LLC and SpaceX. Additionally, they have experience in product management from their time at Boeing and Tesla. Finally, they have experience in operations and supply chain management from their time at Pure Watercraft and LeoStella.
