Agata Baryzewska

Agata Baryzewska is a seasoned professional with a strong background in biotechnology and chemistry. Currently serving as a Visiting Analyst at Pace Ventures and a Venture Scout at First Momentum Ventures, Baryzewska focuses on early-stage deep tech and industry tech startups. Baryzewska also holds the position of Regional Head of Programmes at Nucleate Germany, a nonprofit organization empowering future biotech leaders. Previous experience includes a PhD candidacy at the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces, where Baryzewska conducted significant research on bacterial detection methods. Baryzewska's earlier roles encompassed positions as a Research Assistant and various internships, alongside educational degrees in Chemistry for Drug Discovery from the University of Bath.
