Michael Flem

Michael Flem currently serves as the Vice President Information Technology Officer at First National Bank of Absecon since March 2021, following a tenure as Assistant Vice President Information Technology Officer at the same institution. Prior to this role, Michael spent nearly three decades at Newfield National Bank, where the titles held included Senior Vice President MIS/IT and Vice President MIS. Michael holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Gloucester County College.
