Bruce Maguire

Bruce Maguire is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial and development sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at First National Bank of America since 2016, Bruce manages the Non-Performing Loan Purchase Desk for both commercial and residential loans. As President and CEO of Wolverine Development Corporation since 1985, Bruce has led the organization through various initiatives. Additionally, Bruce founded and served as CEO of Sydewalk LLC from 2011 to 2016, creating an innovative application for social interaction around locations. Bruce's prior roles include President & CEO at Spartan Oil Corporation, where oversight led to the successful sale of a $35 million regional lubricant distribution company, and CEO at Bay Petroleum Corporation. Bruce's academic background includes an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
