Pete Schwager

Pete Schwager has held a variety of roles in the banking industry, beginning in 1985 with a role as VP-IT Manager at Citizens National Bank. In 2000, they moved to RDSI Banking Systems as SVP-Item Processing, and then to The Marblehead Bank in 2010 as AVP-Loans and VP-Sr. Loan Officer. In 2021, they joined Fiserv as a PS Advisory Services Consultant, and currently holds the role of Chief Process and Innovation Officer/SVP at First National Bank of Bellevue, which they began in 2022.

Pete Schwager obtained their MBA from Bluffton University in 2007, having started their studies in 2005.
