Adina Riley

Adina Riley is a co-owner of MAC - N - the Box Food Truck, where Adina and a partner emphasize the versatility of mac and cheese beyond just a side dish since May 2023. In addition, Adina serves as a Loan Platform Administrator at First National Bank Bemidji, a role commenced in January 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Collections Supervisor at both Aramark Uniform Services from January 2018 to October 2021 and AmeriPride Services from February 2009 to January 2018. Adina holds an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from Northwest Technical College.
