Brianne Stephan

Brianne Stephan currently serves as the Director of Global Project Management and Segment Capabilities at FNBO since April 2024. Previously, Brianne held the position of Senior Director of Product at WorkWave from March 2022 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading product launches across multiple regions and creating strategic migration plans for existing users. Prior experience at TEAM Software from June 2018 to March 2022 involved roles as Director of Product and Global Product Lead, focusing on building and modernizing global product teams and strategies. Brianne began professional career at Farm Credit Services of America, contributing as a Product Manager in digital products and achieving notable increases in new accounts and user engagement. Additional experience includes a guest lecturer position at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from College of Saint Mary.
