Brittney Stroup

Brittney Stroup has over 17 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President and Senior Director of Segment Risk Management at First National Bank of Omaha since April 2006. In this role, Brittney is responsible for designing and improving First Line Business Risk and managing teams within Individual Segment, focusing on segment risk governance, strategy, and performance. Prior to this, Brittney held various positions at First National Bank of Omaha, including Director of Risk Management, Senior Manager of Retail Compliance, and Retail Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing projects aimed at enhancing customer and employee experiences while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Earlier in the career, Brittney gained foundational experience at SAC Federal Credit Union from May 2001 to April 2006, where roles included Assistant Branch Manager and Personal Banker.
