Chris Zimmers

Vice President, Application Development - IT Delivery Leader at First National Bank of Omaha

Chris Zimmers has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, primarily with First National Bank of Omaha. Chris started with the company in 1994 and held various roles, including Vice President, until 2006. Chris then rejoined the company in 2006 as Vice President and Business Unit Manager for FNBO Direct. Over the years, they held several other leadership positions, such as Vice President of Online Banking Solutions and Vice President of Retail Banking Product and Customer Solutions. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the Vice President of IT Digital Customer Solutions. In 2017, they became Vice President of Application Development and was responsible for IT delivery leadership. In addition to their work at First National Bank of Omaha, Chris also served as a Board Member for Kids Can Community Center from 2008 to 2014.

Chris Zimmers earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Public Relations from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Chris attended the university from 1989 to 1993.
