Courtney Rudnicki has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Courtney started their career at Avalon School of English as an English as a Foreign Language Teacher in 2008. From there, they moved on to Wells Fargo where they worked as a Sales Credit Manager and Loan Processor from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined the First National Bank of Omaha as a Mortgage Loan Sales Assistant and Loan Processor, and later transitioned into the role of Compliance Senior Specialist, Flood Review from 2013 to 2015. Courtney then took on the position of a Digital Information Technology Intern in 2015, followed by roles as a Technical Business Analyst & Quality Assurance and Scrum Master in 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Courtney worked as a Quality Assurance Tester, and in 2018, they became a Senior Systems Analyst and Product Owner. Currently, they are the Delivery Team Lead for the Wealth & Item Processing team at First National Bank of Omaha, where they lead the team in creating great products for business customers and ensuring transparency and efficient problem-solving.

Courtney Rudnicki - CSPO has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Creighton University, completed from 2002 to 2006. They also graduated from Interface: The Web School's Complete Web Development Java Course in 2015. They attended Mercy High School for their high school education. Additionally, Courtney has obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2022 and the Product Academy Fundamentals certification from McKinsey & Company in 2022.
