Kenneth McCartney

Kenneth McCartney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal auditing and banking. Currently serving as a Corporate Internal Auditor at First National Bank of Omaha since January 2021, McCartney brings valuable expertise from previous roles, including risk control advisor at TCF Bank and additional experience as a corporate internal auditor at First National Bank of Omaha. Prior to these positions, McCartney held various roles at First National Bank Southwest, including Assistant Branch Manager and Personal Banker, where responsibilities included maximizing company profits through loan arrangements and facilitating customer account management. McCartney's foundational experience includes an Internal Audit internship at Fort Worth ISD and retail sales roles at Fry's Electronics and Solitaire Music Incorporated. McCartney holds advanced degrees in Accounting and Internal Audit from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, as well as an MBA in Accounting and a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
