Rick Parks

Rick Parks has an extensive work experience in the banking industry. Rick currently serves as the President & CEO of First National Bank of Waterloo since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at TheBANK of Edwardsville as the SVP/Commercial Banking Group from October 2011 to September 2019. From February 2004 to October 2011, they were the Regional President at Centrue Bank. Rick began their career at Regions Bank (formerly Union Planters Bank and Magna Bank) as the SVP Commercial Banking from September 1991 to January 2004.

Rick Parks completed their B.S. in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University between 1983 and 1987. Rick later pursued an MBA in Finance from Saint Louis University, graduating in 1992.
