Nancy Mullins

Nancy Mullins has over 35 years of experience in the banking industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at First National Bank Texas since March 1989. In this role, Nancy leads the Asset/Liability and Investments departments for a community bank with over $4 billion in assets, focusing on investment strategy, liquidity management, bond swaps, and interest rate risk modeling. Prior to this position, Nancy held various roles within the bank, including Senior Vice President and Assistant to the President and CEO, as well as a Sales Representative with an in-house investment service, holding a Series 7 license. Earlier in her career, Nancy served as Assistant Vice President at Killeen Savings and Loan from June 1978 to March 1989.
