Don O'Day began their work experience at Banco Popular in 2002, where they served as an SVP until 2007. Don then moved on to Suburban Bank & Trust in 2007, where they held the position of President until 2015. In 2015, they joined Hinsdale Bank and Trust (Wintrust) as an EVP, and later moved to Inland Bank and Trust in 2016, where they also served as an EVP. Currently, Don O'Day is employed at First National Bank and Trust, where they hold the position of EVP Chief Operating Officer, starting from December 2017.
Don O'Day attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1985 to 1989. Don completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance during this time.
