Nia Luck has a diverse work experience, starting in 1990 as an Assistant Controller at Macro 4, where they managed various departments and prepared financial reports for UK Headquarters. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at The Jackson Laboratory as a Grants Accountant, focusing on analyzing non-federal grants and ensuring proper cost allocation. In 2013, Nia served as the Board President at Mount Desert Island YMCA, overseeing board meetings, evaluating program staff, and reviewing financial statements. Currently, they are employed since 2014 at First National Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Credit Analyst.
Nia Luck obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus, completing their studies from 1994 to 1997.
In addition to their formal education, Nia Luck has also obtained additional certifications. In October 2014, they received a Certificate of Completion from the Northern New England School of Banking. Prior to that, in July 2013, they completed the Basics of Research Administration program offered by SRA International.
