Kiah Coupland

Kiah Coupland serves as the Business Development and Sales Manager at First National Real Estate Springfield since November 2017, where benchmark standards in generating new business, fostering relationships, and expanding the residential sales and property management portfolio in the Greater Western Corridor of Brisbane are consistently achieved. Kiah's passion for the real estate market and community development is evident in succession planning with Kiah's father for future leadership. Prior to this position, Kiah held a role as Business Development Manager with First National Real Estate since November 2015, contributing to the company's growth within a prominent independent network. Earlier experience includes working as a Receptionist for Silversea Cruises and as a Spa Manager for Steiner Leisure Limited, where customer service, operational management, and compliance were key responsibilities. Kiah is an alumna of St Marys College Ipswich and has further education from TAFE Queensland.
