Jared Feldman

Jared Feldman is the Founder and Managing Member of RONA Capital Partners. RONA was founded in 2017 with the strategic backing of a Retail Real Estate Investment Trust that maintains a minority ownership stake in RONA. RONA’s focus is on the acquisition and investment in well-located retail real estate that has a higher and better use.

Jared has been investing in the retail and real estate related space for his entire career. He has deployed in excess of $100M of equity capital for two well-known multi-billion-dollar investment fund platforms through his role as a co-manager and head of research. Jared has invested across the credit and equity spectrum with a focus on real estate rich retail, restaurant, homebuilders, and REIT’s in both distressed and performing companies. He has also advised several large private and public real estate operators on prospective investments in well-located corporate and retail-related assets. Jared maintains deep relationships with executive management, investor relations, and real estate teams at many publicly traded retail, restaurant, homebuilding, and REIT companies along with a deep network of private and public real estate operators/developers. Jared has an MBA from Columbia University, a JD from Hofstra University School of Law and a B.S. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is admitted to the New York State Bar.
