Michael Smolen possesses extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors, currently serving as the Owner's Representative and Construction Manager at First National Realty Partners since January 2022. Prior roles include Partner and Director of Operations at Moraes Inc., Senior Manager of Asset Management at MB Real Estate, and Director of Design and Construction at both AmTrust Realty Corp. and Tishman Speyer. Michael began a career in project management with positions at JLL and Contracting Resources, Inc., showcasing a strong background in various facets of construction management and asset oversight. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
