Stanton Fehr

Stanton Fehr, CCIM, currently serves as an Asset Management Analyst at First National Realty Partners since August 2023, contributing to one of the leading private equity sponsors of commercial real estate in the U.S. Prior to this role, Stanton was a Capital Markets Financial Analyst at Transwestern from March 2020 to August 2023, where focus was on providing solutions grounded in market intelligence across various commercial property types. Stanton also gained experience as an Associate Broker at Swearingen Realty Group, LLC from October 2016 to February 2020, and as a Leasing Intern at Riverside Resources in early 2016, participating in significant leasing efforts for new developments. Educationally, Stanton is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Texas McCombs School of Business, expected to graduate in May 2025, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a focus on Real Estate and Business from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2016.
