Lisa Ethans

Lisa Ethans holds extensive experience in corporate governance and financial oversight. Currently, Lisa serves on the Board of Directors for Artemis Gold Inc. and First Nations Bank of Canada, where Lisa chairs the Audit and Risk Management Committee. Additionally, Lisa is the Chair of the Board of Directors at FNB Trust and has an active role on the Board of Directors and various committees for organizations such as BCLC and Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia. Lisa's previous experience includes a strategic advisory role at icona Properties and significant tenure at Deloitte Canada as a retired partner and founder of Wealth Management Services and National Aboriginal Services. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Accounting from Washington State University.
