Mike Gray has extensive experience in aquaculture, specifically in abalone and marine finfish hatcheries. Mike is currently the Program Manager for Aquaculture at the First Nations Fisheries Council of British Columbia, where Mike focuses on building relationships and processes to help First Nations influence the strategic direction of aquaculture. Prior to this, Mike has held managerial positions in various aquaculture companies, demonstrating strong skills in employee management, compliance, and project management. Additionally, Mike has a background in research and conservation efforts related to marine animals. Mike holds a Msc in Ichthyology and Fisheries Science from Rhodes University.
