Jodi McCrimmon

Jodi McCrimmon, BA, CPHR, is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at the First Nations Health Authority since November 2018. In this role, Jodi supports the development and implementation of Indigenous and student recruitment strategies while engaging with various stakeholders. Previous experience includes roles as a Learning and Change Advisor at the First Nations Health Authority and as a Human Resources Officer for Squamish Nation and M'akola Housing Society, where responsibilities ranged from performance management to overseeing full-cycle recruitment and culturally appropriate HR practices. Jodi holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Camosun College and a Bachelor of Arts in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of Victoria.
