Katelyn Moon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in early childhood education and health. Currently serving as a Sessional Instructor for the Community Care Licensing program at the Justice Institute of British Columbia and holding various senior advisory roles at the First Nations Health Authority, Katelyn focuses on cultural safety and quality care for children and youth. Katelyn also teaches at the Nicola Valley Institute of Technology and presents workshops through Play It Forward Professional Development and Consulting. Previous positions include Youth Initiative Supervisor at Seabird Island Band and Entrepreneur at Saplings Early Learning Childcare. Katelyn holds a Master's degree in Leadership with a Health Specialty from Royal Roads University and multiple credentials in early childhood education.
