Kathleen Yung is a Senior Specialist in Healthy Eating and Food Security at the First Nations Health Authority, providing expertise in health promotion programs and food security initiatives aimed at empowering First Nations communities. With a background in research and consulting across various organizations, including The Firelight Group and Integrate Realities, Kathleen has extensive experience in land issues, food security, and community development. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Anthropology of Food from SOAS and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, complemented by professional training in trauma-informed practices.
